April Final Friday: Celebrating Noel Ary

The personal collection of the late Noel Ary will be on display at the 2nd Avenue Art Guild for the April Final Friday (4/26).

Noel Ary was a colector of stories and art that told stories. He had an eye for things that spoke to him. Most of what caught his attention were not mainsteam.

His collection started at an early age when he was in 4-H and then college and then the more than 25 summers spent in and near Yellowstone National Park. Much of his collection is inspired by nature. That colleciton of nature encompasses Southwest Kansas, Yellowstone, the Teton mountain range, and New Mexico

Noel’s collection includes his own perspective on nature, history, and the people who created it.
